  2. 'A' Grade Nurse registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council or equivalent body.

3. Clerk (Advt. No. NT-03/2026) — 29 Posts

• Pay Scale: FPL-2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200)
• Qualification:
  1. Graduation degree from a recognized University (For Ex-Servicemen: 1st Class Army Certificate or Graduate Certificate issued by competent Defence authority).
  2. Must pass language/general knowledge written test of Graduation standard.
  3. Must pass data entry typing test at a speed of 30 w.p.m. / computer skills (including internet & e-mail usage).
  4. Matriculation with Hindi or Sanskrit OR 10+2 / B.A. / M.A. with Hindi as a subject.
  5. SETC Condition: Must qualify State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and Applications (SETC) within the 2-year probation period (extendable by 1 year). No annual increment will be granted until SETC is passed, failing which services will be dispensed with.

Age Limit & Age Relaxations

Candidates must be between 18 and 42 years of age as on the closing date (21st August 2026).

Upper Age Ceiling: Overall age limit across relaxations cannot exceed 52 years (except for Ex-Servicemen).

Detailed Selection Criteria & Exam Scheme

A. Selection Criteria for Staff Nurse & Ayurvedic Pharmacist (Total: 100 Marks)

Phase-1: Written Test (MCQs Based) — 90 Marks (105 Minutes, No Negative Marking)

Phase-2: Academic Achievements — 10 Marks (Provisional Percentage Basis)

• Staff Nurse: 10 Marks awarded on percentage basis of GNM / B.Sc. Nursing degree.
• Ayurvedic Pharmacist: 10 Marks awarded on percentage basis of Up-Vaidya / Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy.

Shortlisting Ratio: Candidates will be shortlisted for Physical Document Verification in a 1:5 ratio per category based on total marks obtained in Phase-1 + Phase-2.

B. Selection Criteria for Clerk (Total: 100 Marks)

Phase-1: Typing Test in English on Computer — 15 Marks (10 Minutes)

• Minimum qualifying speed is 30 Net Words Per Minute (NWPM).
• Formula for marks: (NWPM - 30) × 0.5 up to a maximum of 15 marks. (30 NWPM = 0 Marks, 60+ NWPM = 15 Marks).

Phase-2: Written Test (MCQs Based) — 70 Marks (90 Minutes, No Negative Marking)

Only candidates qualifying the Phase-1 Typing Test with ≥ 30 NWPM can appear in Phase-2.

Phase-3: Academic Achievements — 15 Marks (Physical Document Verification)

• Class 10th Score: Up to 5 Marks (%age basis)
• Class 12th Score: Up to 5 Marks (%age basis)
• Graduation Score: Up to 5 Marks (%age basis) *(Note: For Ex-Servicemen with Defence Graduate Certificates without percentage, a fixed 35% mark basis will be used)*.

Tie-Breaking Principles: In case of equal total marks, tie-breaking order is: (1) Elder age, (2) Candidate name alphabetically, (3) Father's name alphabetically.

Documents Required to Upload During Online Application
